Amenta&Co provided the market analysis, conceptual program, tenant mix allocation and creative direction for a 1.4 million square fot regional shopping and entertainment center being developed by Saehan Industries as the urban center for a mixed-use residential community. Many international tenants have committed to the location including: a multiplex cinema by International Road Show, WalMart, the Disney Store, the GAP, Limited, Virgin Megastores and Marriott Hotels.
